The researchers found out that CBT therapy reduced pain just like the medications do in fibromyalgia. It also enhanced the quality of life of these patients. 6.     Female Sexual Dysfunction (FSD):

Another 49 women were kept in the delayed treatment control group. The results of the mindfulness group were better than the delayed treatment group. The women of the mindfulness group had improvements in sexual desires, lubrication and sexual satisfaction.
